Hi it's me, Kayla: coffee drinker, dog lover, lavender collector and mental health supporter with a mountain-loving soul.
I grew up in New England (meaning I am familiar/comfortable with each of the four seasons!).
I blame my yearning to be in the mountains on childhood memories of vacations out west with my family that valued the picturesque views. I know how liberating my road-trip to Montana was for me—and my pup—and will HAPPILY travel like that again to photograph!
Besides the range of seasonal elements, New England is special because it is where I started shooting photography. My friends and I shared the senior pictures I (aimlessly) took and my “business” was born. The process of growing this business & finding my niche has been both gradual and meaningful. Couples & families are definitely a favorite (for now) but I would like to add elopements to my portfolio.

Part-time student in school to become a therapist!
Prevention coordinator who focuses on mental health, substance abuse, and relationships. The arts & connecting with/helping others is my purpose.
Owner (mom) to a snuggly, adventure-needing rescue dog named Hazel.
